According to the American festival’s website, deadCenter is “Oklahoma's largest film festival and welcomes 20,000-plus film enthusiasts and industry professionals every June”. OSCAR-qualifying in two short film categories, the festival draws in unique, groundbreaking films from around the world.
“Sampo” is written by Marjan Riahi and produced by Hossein Kakavand.
Linda Kiyani, Maryam Boobani, Hilda Kordbache and Hanan Azizi are among the cast members of the film.
The 23rd annual deadCenter Film Festival will take place June 8-11 in the US.
