Iranian graphic illustrator Masoud Nejabati designed the poster.

Nejabati said, “Letters and words in a poster should be expressed appropriately and in parallel with the content to leave a profound influence on the viewers’ minds.”

Nejabati, who has already designed the posters of previous editions of the festival, added he has tried to use the styles of Persian calligraphy in the form of geometric shapes.

The festival will be held at the Iranian Academy of the Arts in Tehran from February 4 to 19.

In its 13th edition, over 700 artworks by 511 artists went on display. A collection of prints by a number of Iranian and international artists was also showcased in a special section.
