The classical vocalist and tonbak player Homayoun Shajarian will sing in Dubai on May 2.
Mahyar Tarihi, Hossein Rezaei-Nia, Aiin Meshkatian, Mehrzad A’zami-kia, Azad Mirzapour are among the members of the group.
Shajarian has given excellent performances in different parts of the world including the US, the UK and the Netherlands.
The 47 year old Homayoun is the son of Mohammad Reza Shajarian, one of the most respected traditional singers in Iran.
Homayoun started accompanying his father in concerts in Iran, Europe and the US as a vocalist in 1999. His albums are among the bestsellers in Iran’s music industry.
