The event is slated for January 21-25 at IIDCYA’s Cultural and Artistic Creation Center located on Hijab Street, Mehr News Agency reported.

The event has a particular emphasis on educational topics and subjects promoting Iranian-Islamic lifestyle. This year, Shahnameh (Book of Kings) by celebrated Persian poet Ferdowsi (940–1020) will be among the highlights of the festival.

Foreign storytellers have been invited to the competition section since last year’s edition (Feb. 15-19, 2017).
