Iranian feature film "Wishbone" by Iranian director Ali Atashi received the best feature film and best director of the year awards at the WIND International Film Festival in the US.
The film is about a married coach who meets his ex-girlfriend after a lengthy hiatus. The girl enters his life again.
The cast includes famous Iranian actor, Hossein Yari, and actress, Mitra Hajjar.
"Wishbone" participated in the Perspective section of the 35th edition of the Fajr Film Festival in Iran. Also, won Best Cinematic Film at the 3rd edition of the London Independent Filmmakers Association Festival.
Atshani is known for "Paradise" (2016), "Aghaye Alef" (2012), "Dar Emtedad Shahr" (2011) and Democracy "Too Rooze Shohan" (2009).
