"Children's and adolescents' films are an honorable part of Iranian cinema that, under the light of human thoughts, has conquered the high peaks of honor and pride by relying on the wisdom of artists, and has immortalized the banner of pure moral virtues.
As an Iranian Muslim, the international honors of such works, which are rooted in transcendent values, cannot be ignored. On the eve of the 33rd International Film Festival for Children and Adolescents, the art lovers of this region are watching the thirty-three-year-old fruitful tree, which under its shadow Iranian children and adolescent cinema will have fructuous experiences.
With a change in lifestyle resulting from the expansion of Covid 19, the festival staff, along with artists in the field such as the epic era of sacred defense, seek to turn threats into opportunities.
Wishing success to all filmmakers of children and adolescents who have kept the light of this cultural event bright with their sincere efforts, I hope to see the enthusiasm and freshness of youths in this kind of cinema and thanks to the blessings of God Almighty".
