The Tehran Symphony Orchestra gave a concert under the baton of guest conductor, the renowned Iranian-Armenian maestro Loris Tjeknavorian at Vahdat Hall on November 27, 28 and 29, with the participation of the Iran's Rudaki Foundation's choir led by Razmik Ohanian.

Vahdat Hall hosted a one-off music concert by the Internova Ensemble in Tehran. The program’s proceeds went to children’s charity. The organizers also celebrated the 80th birthday of Loris Haykasi Tjeknavorian during which the Iranian Armenian composer and conductor was honored. He is one of the most celebrated cultural figures in Iran and Armenia.
A week-long series celebrating the life and works of Loris Tjeknavorian is underway in Tehran. Vahdat Hall began the program by hosting the Tehran Contemporary Ensemble performing the rare music pieces of this Armenian composer and conductor, one of the most celebrated cultural figures in Armenia and Iran.
