Ahad Javedani, director general of the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance in Tehran, will take part in the opening ceremony, the department reported.

Works by Faramarz Ahmadpour, Kambiz Ahmadpour, Mahdis Kaveh-Mehr, Masiha Mandegar, Ali Mazarei, Parviz Moazez, Parvin Moqadam, Yousef Shajari and Elham Shirazi will be on display at the gallery.

Najafi-Asadollahi, who will also participate in the exhibition with his abstract expressionist paintings, said that this exhibition is the second seasonal show this year, and he will continue with exhibitions on the themes of winter and spring.

The exhibition will be open for public visit from Sept. 18 to 26. The gallery will be closed on Thursdays.

Director of the gallery Ali Mazarei is of the opinion that these shows are influential in the creation of the bond between artists and art lovers and ever-increasing dynamism among art enthusiasts.

Holding the festival in both in-person and virtual formats is among the show’s features which facilitates visiting the artworks, Mazarei said.
