According to the Iranian Embassy in Japan, in a bid to support the cultural efforts of Iranian students and expatriates in Japan as well as to strengthen cooperation with institutes active in the arts and culture in cities other than Tokyo, the body presented the precious painting to the Japanese center in the city of Utsunomiya, capital of Tochigi prefecture, IRNA reported.

Shigero Minova, chairman of the Japanese center, expressed gratitude for such an outstanding present, saying that the center conducts different programs to introduce the capacities of various countries to the Japanese people.

He further expressed satisfaction with the exchange of views and cooperation with Iran in cultural fields.

The Iranian Embassy also sent a number of books and magazines to the center to be offered to enthusiasts who want to become acquainted with Iranian art and culture.
