The 31st edition of the exhibition opened on Thursday in the capital of Qatar in the presence of politicians from the Arab country and ambassadors as well as cultural figures from other nations at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center with the motto of “Science Is Light”.

The event will run through January 22.The IBLH presents a total number of 250 books on religion, resistance literature and the Sacred Defense, contemporary and classic literature, children’s literature, Iranology studies and arts.

Iran’s pavilion also introduces the book industry in Iran, Tehran International Book Fair, Tehran Virtual Book Fair, and the Grant Program of the Islamic Republic of Iran (plan to support the translation and publication of Iranian books in world markets) to enthusiasts of Iranian-Islamic culture and civilization.

The pavilion showcases books published by the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults, as well as publications such as Jamal, and Al-Hoda.

The book fair is organized under the supervision of the Qatar Cultural and Heritage Events Center, affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
