The 41st edition of the Vancouver International Film Festival will host three feature and a documentary films from Iran’s Cinema.
The 41st edition of the Vancouver International Film Festival will be held from September 29 to October 9, 2022.
Two Iranian feature films “No Prior Appointment” directed by Behrouz Shoeibi and “Like A Fish on the Moon” by Dornaz Hajiha will be screened at the Panorama section of the festival.
Another Iranian feature film “The Locust” directed by Faezeh Azizkhani will be screened at the Vanguard section and Iranian documentary film “See You Friday, Robinson” directed by Mitra Farahani will be screened at the Spectrum section.
The Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) is an annual film festival held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, for two weeks in late September and early October. Both in terms of admissions and number of films screened (133,000 and 324 respectively in 2016), VIFF is among the five largest film festivals in North America. The festival screens films annually from approximately 73 countries on 10 screens.
