Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival is one of the most important festivals screening more than 100 feature and short films from all around the world in Belgium from 29 August to 8 September. Moreover, the genres of the films are various ranging from Fantasy to Thriller, Sci-Fi and Horror.
Navid Pourfaraj, Pouria Rahimi Sam and Hoda Zeinolabedin are among the cast members of Zalava.
According to the plot summary, “Investigating reports of demonic possessions in a remote village, a skeptical military officer finds his beliefs tested by an enigmatic exorcist”.
Zalava, which will be screened in 12 countries soon, is on the Iranian silver screens. Also, the film won Crystal Simorgh at the different sections of Fajr Film Festival 2021, including Best Actor in a Supporting Role, Best Screenplay and Best First Film.
