Changiz Jalilvand was born in Shiraz. He began his artistic career with theater along with Abolhassan Tahami in 1957.
He has also acted in several TV series and movies such as "Arshim mal-alan","In Sib ham baray to", "Bandargah-e eshgh", etc.
Jalilvand lent his voice to famous foreign actors including Marlon Brando, Paul Newman, Clint Eastwood, Brett Lancaster, Maximilian Shell, Richard Burton, Peter O'Toole, Joel Brenner, Clint Eastwood, Dean Martin and domestic actors such as Mohammad Ali Fardin, Behrouz Vossoughi, Naser Malek Motiei, and Iraj Ghaderi, and Saeed Rad.
