The Olympiad was launched last year as a special section for children aged between 9 and 16 to compete with their three-minute films.
The logo of the Olympiad has been designed by graphic designer Ebrahim Haqiqi, the organizers announced on Friday.
“The major part of the logo is the hand of a child or a young adult who is holding a sprout in his hand within a frame, which represents cinema.
“The three motifs symbolize the hope of children and young adults, because they are the new generation who will become strong trees from the sprouts in the future,” he explained.
He also talked about his personal experiences when he was young and said, “I believe education is the major factor is making and training generations, and the children of each land will make the future.”
