The 2D animation is the story of an animal dealer who falls asleep in his shop and has a nightmare in which he finds himself caught in an animal cage. He manages to escape and seeks to rescue other animals, but every time he is faced with an obstacle. He finally awakes from his nightmare but still feels surrounded with uncertainty and fear of the animals.
“Laws of the Game” by Aegina Brahim from England won the best short film award, while “How to Be Human” by Bruno Centofanti was picked as best sci-fi short film at the short film festival, which was organized by the Sao Paulo Times.
