The 11th edition of Tehran International Cartoon Biennial came to a close in a special ceremony held in Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art. In attendance was Deputy Culture Minister for Artistic Affairs Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini as well as Kambiz Derambakhsh, Majid Molla-Norouzi, and Masoud Shojaei Tabatabaei.
