TEHRAN.(HONARONLINE) –Iranian Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts Ali-Asghar Mounesan referred to Norouz (Persian New Year) as cultural diplomacy which has the greatest cultural role in the spread of peace and bringing nations together.
