Works of the late painter, sculptor, writer and translator Mehdi Sahabi (1944-2009), are on show at Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art.
The funeral ceremony for celebrated Iranian painter Iran Darroudi, who died in Tehran on Oct. 29 at the age of 85, was held in the presence of officials and artists at Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art on Tuesday.
The book was introduced at the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art on Tuesday evening during a ceremony attended by Farhadi, Abbasi, Iranian National Commission for UNESCO director Hojjatollah Ayyubi, Secretary of the Council Mahmoud Shalouie, and a group of cultural figures.

The exhibition named “The Concealed over the Revealed” will open on June 8 to review the connections between science and art in Persian painting. The exhibit will continue until September 7.
