Neil Simon's "Rumors" is on stage in Tehran's theater

"Rumors", a farcical play by American playwright Neil Simon, directed by Mehdi Asgharian is on stage at Fadak Cultural Center from 19-28 February.

Behrouz Mahmoudi-Bakhtiari and Mina Rezapur are translators of the play.

The cast members including Amir Bashirenejad, Elena Hesari, Bahar Moeinfar, Sepehr Gandomi, Fariba Shafaqati, Hadi Qourchian, Mona Keyvan and Mehdi Haqparast.

Asgharian director of the play has a role in the performance.

"Rumors" is completely different from anything that Simon's has ever written  

The proceeds of the play will be used to support mentally-challenged girls at Naqsh-e-Mandegar Charity. The play has been produced in collaboration of Mana and Parsian institutes.
