The ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) will hold Afghanistan’s Poetry Night in a program titled ‘Oriental Melodies’ at its office in Tehran on June 9.
The event will host music performances by Payeez Talayee Ensemble.
According to ecieco.org, on the sidelines of the program, an art exhibition will display the works of Afghan artist Ali Khan Abdullahi.
Abdullahi has been living in Iran since nearly 30 years ago. He is the student of Iranian artist Hasan Hazer Moshar who taught him sculpting.
In outsider art category, Abdullahi is a self-taught artist.
