He made the statement on his Instagram Page to clarify the ambiguities about the location of the physical format of the exhibition.

The minister added that arrangements have been made so that in addition to the physical format, book lovers can also buy books virtually.

Publishers began submitting applications for participating in the 33rd edition of the exhibition as of April 4. The registration will continue until April 9.

Due to limitations imposed by COVID-19, the 33rd edition of the book fair will be held in both physical and online formats. Publishers are allowed to participate in both formats, or only online.

For attending the physical and online formats, books must have been published after 2018 and 2012, respectively.

The book fair will open on May 11 and will run through May 21.
