The Iranian short film, ‘Social Distancing,’ directed by Kaveh Moeinfar, won the Best Short Film Award of the second edition of Haiku Festival held in The Hague, the Netherlands.

According to the festival’s website, “This is a movie about perspective. Every judgment about any subject we have depends on what perspective you choose.”

Moeinfar was born on August 8, 1974. He directed his first feature in 2017, ‘Life Without Life,’ ISNA wrote.

The festival, which opened with the exhibition of Iranian calligraphy by Mohammad Askari, aims to expand the relationship between poetry and cinema and create new opportunities for a common language between the two.
