Salehi-Aram enjoyed a rich career working with the high-profile Iranian daily ‘Ettela’at’ for 60 years, starting in 1957, and was also the author of several books and poetry collections.

He was also a writer at a number of Iranian humor magazines, namely, ‘Ferdowsi’, ‘Tehran Mosavvar’, ‘Fokahioun’, and ‘Gol-Aqa’.
