The cultural month was held on the occasion of the 2021 Summer Olympics in the JICA office, from June 28 to July 31.
Visitors could also watch movies about Iran, enjoy Iranian music and Persian food.
Also, a painting exhibition entitled, ‘Cultural exchanges between Iran and Japan,’ has been held by the Iranian Embassy in Japan for the first time, with the participation of more than 36 artworks by eight prominent Japanese artists on the sidelines of the Tokyo Olympics.
In addition, an exhibition entitled, ‘Beautiful Iran,’ featuring Iranian handicrafts and cuisine, tourist attractions and natural landscapes, opened on July 26, and will run through August 6, at the Iranian Embassy in Japan to introduce Iranian arts, culture and handicrafts.
