Seyyed Abbas Salehi, Minister of Islamic Culture and Guidance, accompanied by Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini Deputy Culture Minister, Hadi Mozaffari Visual Arts Office Director, Ebadreza Eslami Director of Niavaran Cultural Center, and Hirbod Hemmat Azad the secretary of this course visited the works of this biennial.

On the sidelines of the visit, he said about the quantity and quality of the exhibition of this biennial period:

"I am very pleased that after nine years, we are witnessing the holding of the 11th biennial of ceramics, and naturally, this time interval has created expectations. More than 850 works that reached this exhibition and now about 100 works that are presented, showed the position of artists in this field. Today's concerns can be seen in this exhibition. Ceramic art has moved away from decorative and applied art, and artists have moved towards how we can express general human concepts such as the environment and dozens of similar concerns through ceramic art".

At the end of the visit, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Deputy Minister of Arts and the Director-General of Visual Arts together with Hamid Souri, Behzad Ajhdari and Majid Ziaei, the judges of the 11th biennial of ceramics held a meeting and discussed on strategies for the development of ceramic art, the possibility of supporting it through "legislation" in the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution. They also discussed about ways of developing the ceramic art market and the creation of academic disciplines.
