Storytellers from Iran and several other countries are scheduled to take part in the festival, which will be organized from December 17 to 20.
Celebrated Iranian children’s writer Hushang Moradi Kermani, actors Ehteram Borumand and Leili Rashidi, and literary scholar Ali Khanjani will judge the national section of the festival.
The storytellers in the international section will be judged by actress Mahtab Keramati and writer and journalist Mansur Zabetian, both from Iran, and Kasper Sorensen from Denmark.
The festival is organized by the IIDCYA every year to promote storytelling traditions among the younger generations.
