According to the event website, it is a festival for children and young adults which screens feature, short and documentary films from Russia and other countries.

Soleimanzadeh, 30, is set to judge the international competition of educational, documentary and popular science films alongside founder and president of ABC Show (an advertising festival) Ivan Churilin and film producer, screenwriter and director Galina Grigoryeva.

Soleimanzadeh recently directed the play “Being Mao” that went on stage at Tehran’s Molavi Theater Hall. He is head of the international department of the International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Isfahan.

The educational festival is located in Tyumen city on the Tura River in Siberia.  It aims to promote creative and formative worldview in children and young adults  by strengthening human values like family, childhood, friendship, kindness, nature and integration of cinema with education.
