On display are international works that participated in the Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Competition held for the first time in Shanghai in 2015 to identify talented young illustrators from around the world, Tandis online magazine of visual art reported on its Persian website.
Works from the first run of Golden Pinwheel, as well as from 2016 and 2017 editions are selected for the exhibit which opened May 11 for two weeks. The works are by illustrators from Iran, China, Italy, Poland, UK, Spain, South Africa, the Netherlands and Portugal among others.
The exhibit is organized by Iranian Illustrators Society in collaboration with Iran Cultural Fairs Institute. Laleh Art Gallery is located on Fatemi Street, next to Laleh Hotel.
