The furniture is made mainly from bamboo. Items on display include tables, chairs, paravents, lights and cabinets, Honaronline reported.The exhibit, titled ‘From Maison & Objet Paris to Tehran Project’ will run until March 9.
About naming the exhibition Shafei explained that the featured works were displayed last year at Maison & Objet Paris, an international trade fair dedicated to lifestyle fashions and trends reserved for professionals at the convention center of Parc des Expositions in Paris. “We were at Hall 7 of the fair and presented what we are displaying now,” he said.
