Written and directed by Zanyar Mohammadi-Nekou, the documentary focuses on introducing an Iranian village Dash-band in the West Azarbaijan Province, IRNA reported.

The six-minute documentary, which has been made to attract tourists to the location, has won a prize at a US film festival as the best foreign documentary.

Lucania Film Festival presents the best works of independent cinema and seeks to promote new film talent.

Born in Bukan city, West Azarbaijan Province, Mohammadi-Nekou, 24, started his professional work four years ago. He has produced this film with the support of Youth Cinema Association in his province.

The association has received 25 awards over past two years in more than 70 international film and photo festivals.
