TEHRAN.(HONARONLIEN) - Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) is welcoming International Quds Day screening films on Palestine.
Thousands of people in Tehran and elsewhere across the country marked the International Quds Day on Friday. The International Quds Day is a legacy of the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini, who designated the day in solidarity with the Palestinians.
People from all walks of life to took the streets of the Iranian capital Tehran and 900 others across the country to mark the World Quds Day on Friday, 9 June. Millions flooded the streets to show their support for Palestinian struggles against the Israeli regime’s occupation and crimes. Here is a selection of photos from the anti-Israel rallies in Iran.
