Nader Mortezapour

  • Iran's National Orchestra had a high-profile religious music performance depicting the epic story of Ashura at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall. The program was conducted by Nader Mortezapour with singer Hesameddin Seraj at the helm. Iran's National Orchestra was founded in 1998 under the conduction of Farhad Fakhreddini. INO is focused on Persian composer's compositions.

  • Iran's National Orchestra had rehearsals on Monday at the Roudaki Hall. The program featured conductor Nader Mortezapour, considered one of the greatest symphony composers.

  • Vahdat Hall hosted the Tehran Symphony Orchestra’s Victory Symphony by Majid Entezami. Conducted by Nader Mortezapour, the program coincided with the anniversary of the release of Iranian POWs after the end of Iraqi war on Iran in 1988.

  • The Tehran Symphony Orchestra is an auditioned, full symphony orchestra aspiring to musical excellence in rehearsal and performance. The new rehearsal sessions began Wednesday morning at Rudaki Hall with the Victory Symphony conducted by Nader Mortezapour. The program which marked the return of Iranian prisoners of war from Iraq was attended by officials and fans.
