Molly Sweeney on Stage at City Theatre
An adaptation of Molly Sweeney penned by Irish dramatist and short story writer Brian Friel has gone on stage at Tehran’s City Theatre. The piece, directed by Morteza Mirmontazemi, is on stage until 1 June. Molly Sweeny tells the story of its title character, Molly. Born blind, she undergoes an operation to restore her sight.
