Iranshahr Theater

  • Directed by Masoud Tayyebi, new play There Will Be Blood has hit the stage in the Nazerzadeh Kermani Hall of Iranshahr Theater. The play runs until 17 June. The play is a loose adaptation of Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare believed to have been written between 1588 and 1593. It is thought to be Shakespeare's first tragedy and is often seen as his attempt to emulate the violent and bloody revenge plays of his contemporaries, which were extremely popular with audiences throughout the 16th century.

  • Iranshahr Theater House hosted a special event to pay tributes to Iranian artists who passed away this year. City Mayor Pirouz Hanachi, artists, fans and family members attended the service on Thursday, 7 March.

  • ‘Theater’ has gone on stage in the Iranshahr Theater House until 12 October. Saber Abbar, Elham Korda, and Pantea Panahiha are behind the new play.

  • TEHRAN.(HONARONLINE) - An adaptation of Dante’s Inferno from his Divine Comedy trilogy is set to go on stage at Iranshahr Theater, September 23-October 13.
