Iran's National Orchestra

  • Rehearsal sessions by the Iran's National Orchestra, is currently underway at Tehran's Roudaki Hall. Under the baton of guest conductor Sohrab Kashef, the Orchestra will go on stage at Vahdat Hall on October 23 and 24. The Roudaki Foundation's choir, led by Razmik Ohanian, will also accompany the Iran's National Orchestra.

  • Maestro Sohrab Kashef led a music performance by the Iran's National Orchestra at Vahdat Hall. The most memorable kid's film & TV theme songs from the 1980s and 1990s, composed by Iranian musicians Mohammad Reza Aligholi and Bahram Dehghanyar, played at the Thursday event.

  • Vahdat Hall boarded the last performance of Iran’s National Orchestra, which was conducted by Fereidoon Shahbazian. The Iranian calendar year ends on Thursday, 20 March. Iran's National Orchestra was founded in 1998 under the conduction of Farhad Fakhreddini.

  • Iran's National Orchestra had a one-off music performance on Wednesday. The program was dedicated to local music themes from Azerbaijan, led by Vahid Alipour. Lead singer Rashid Vatandoust accompanied the group in the Vahdat Hall.

  • Iran's National Orchestra had a live music concert in honor of Master Ali Tajvidi. Singers Ali Asghar Shahzeidi and Hossein Alishapour accompanied the ensemble on Thursday in Vahdat Hall.
