Written and directed by Hossein Parsaei, new play Moulin Rouge has hit the stage in the Book Garden Cineplex. Starring Mohsen Tanabandeh and Ahmad Mehranfar, the story is about two disappointed people; two friends who are immersed in social desperation and overwhelmed by situations they cannot change.
Les Misérables musical has gone on stage at Tehran’s Espinas Palace Hotel. Hossein Parsaei is behind the new production. The play is a sung-through musical based on the 1862 novel of the same name by French poet and novelist Victor Hugo.

With director Hossein Parsaei at the helm, Charles Dickens masterpiece Oliver Twist has gone on stage in Vahdat Hall until January 20.
