Celebration of Iranian Still Photographers

  • Omid Salehi has been selected as Iran’s Still Photographer of the Year for his collaboration on Narges Abyar's When the Moon Was Full. He received his award during the 5th edition of the Celebration of Iranian Still Photographers held at Rayzan International Conference Center in Tehran on Thursday. The celebration, which is held by the Iranian Society of Still Photographers, also honored Director Sirus Alvand and veteran film photographer Hossein Maleki. The event annually honors artists showcasing a special outlook on cinema through the window of still photography.
