36th Fajr International Theater Festival

  • TEHRAN.(HONARONLINE) - Winners for the 36th Fajr International Theater Festival (FITF36) were announced and awarded during a closing ceremony on Mon. evening in Tehran.

  • Monday, January 11, saw the closing ceremony of the 36th edition of Fajr International Theater Fetsival in Vahdat Hall. In attendance were Culture Minister Seyyed Abbas Salehi, his deputy Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini, as well as the member of Majlis Culture Commission, Lawmaker Ahmad Mazani, theater managers, artists, and media representatives.

  • Stage plays were associated with this year’s Fajr International Theater Festival on the 10th day. Different plays were presented at major feasts throughout the capital city of Tehran.

  • Culture Minister Seyyed Abbas Salehi and his deputy Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini watched the new Khayyam Puppet Opera by Behrouz Gharibpour before paying a visit to the Puppet Opera Museum.

FITF takes place each year to celebrate the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.
