On Sunday, 17 February, Deputy Culture Minister Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini and a number of officials paid a visit to the 8the edition of Fajr International Fashion and Clothing Festival in Chabahar Free Trade–Industrial Zone.
The 8th edition of Fajr International Fashion and Closing Festival came to a close in Chabahar Free Trade–Industrial Zone on Sunday. Deputy Culture Minister Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini, CFTIZ Director Abdolrahim Kordi, Director of Institute for Development of Contemporary Art Mahdi Afzali and a host of other officials, foreign dignitaries, fashion artists and designers were in attendance. The annual event opened a space of competition to encourage international participation and facilitate direct contacts between Iranian and foreign companies.

The international section of Fajr Fashion and Clothing Workshop in Chabahar held its third training workshop on the third day of the annual event. Top French fashion designers shared their industry experiences with participants during the one-day event.

During the Saturday meeting on the sidelines of the 8th Fajr Fashion and Clothing Festival the participants discussed latest trends in the fashion industry in Iran and abroad.
A second workshop on design and trade was held on the third day of Fajr International Fashion and Clothing Festival. The exhibition seeks to acquaint visitors with movers and shakers of the industry.
