• The 7th edition of Shahr International Film Festival, as Iran's most important cinematic event of urban management, came to a close on 22 July at Tehran's Vahdat Hall, after 5 days showing films, animation movies and documentaries, across the world. Tehran City Council members and Mayor Pirouz Hanachi attended the event, which is organized each year by the Urban Image Institute, the Artistic and Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality.

  • Khak Gallery has opened a group exhibition titled Khak Annual Review until 6 August. With Khak Gallery art director Mandana Farahmand as curator, the gallery is showing artworks by 10 artists from three generations of Iranian art. Gholamhossein Nami , Kourosh Shishegaran, Masood Akhavanjam, Mehdi Hoseini, Einodin Sadeghzade, Kambiz Sabri, Bita Fayyazi, Golnaz Moghadam, Nazar Musavinia, and Narges Hashemi, are artists whose works have been exhibited.
