An exhibition of Neda Zarf Saz artworks entitled "There is no forest among the trees" will be held at the Tom Christoffersen Gallery in Copenhagen. This collection of works, which includes instalations and design, is open to the public from September 24 to October 16, 2021.

Neda Zarf Saz invites us to stop and take a closer look at what we think is already there. With a new perspective, what we think might just be thin wooden logs and thread suddenly appear as beautiful landscapes that remind us of the tall, majestic mountains in Iran.

In her works, Neda Zarf Saz examines the escape of time and the concept of timelessness. Inspired by nature and its landscapes, she pauses time and recounts the fragile interconnectedness of the passage of time in nature, in the form of images made of objects.

Neda, Zarfsaz, had previously said about her works in an interview with HonarOnline: 'I do not like to be rhetorical in my works on nature, and that is why I try to make my works visual. In fact, my work is the result of my engagement with nature and the environment, and I focus on conveying my ideas in this area. In my works I have reflected on the forms I have taken from nature, and in fact these are abstract forms that I imagine nature is heading towards.

Neda Zarf Saz lives and works in Teheran, Iran. She graduated from Valand Academy of Fine Arts, Sweden, in 2011. She has exhibited at e.g. Thames-Side Gallery in London, Mottahedan Projects in Dubai and Backa Culture house in Goteborg. Neda Zarf Saz is represented in Iran by Etemad Gallery.  No Forrest In-between The Trees is her first solo exhibition at Galleri Tom Christoffersen.
