The festival was held in six competition sections, including Nature Photography, Free Monochrome, Free Color, Photojournalism, Portrait, and Urban Photography sponsored by the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP), ifilmtv.com reported.

Parandak previously participated in a number of global photo contests in Germany, Indonesia, South Africa, Tajikistan, Bangladesh and Croatia and grabbed the gold medal at the Kөl Fest, in Kyrgyzstan.

The FIAP is an international organization of national associations of photography. More than 85 national associations are members, comprising nearly one million individual photographers.

It is the only international institute in photography registered by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
