The educator, author and researcher, Mirhadi (1927-2016) was the founder of Farhad School, a progressive kindergarten and elementary school in Tehran which was a base for pedagogical innovations. She was also the co-founder of the Children’s Book Council and The Encyclopedia for Young People.

Sixteen painters are showcasing their paintings related to the accomplished educator and her achievementss. Mahshid Asoudekhah, Marjan Sabeti, Kamal Tabatabaei, Hoda Haddadi, Pejman Rahimizadeh, Banafsheh Ahmadzadeh and Hasan Amehkan are contributing to the exhibit curated by Kayvan Asgari, according to Roozrang online magazine of visual art (Roozrang.com).

The event is organized by Iran Book Council in cooperation with the Encyclopedia for Young People. It will run through November 20 at the gallery, located at No. 11, 12th St., Miremad Street.
