Khayyam International Exhibition of Photography is with the patronage of the Federation Internationale de l'Art Photographique (FIAP), and conducted under the approved rules of the Photographic Society of America (PSA), 2017-393.
Acceptances obtained in this salon will be taken into account for FIAP Distinctions, PSA Star Rating listings in the worldwide PSA Who’s Who of Photography and credited for PSA Distinctions.
Photographers interested in taking part in this competition can submit works in six different categories including: open monochrome, open color, city, creative, travel, and telephone.
Closing date for submissions is 30 December 2017. Judging will take place on 31 December. Exhibition and slide shows will run through 18-27 March 2018, and catalogues and awards will be sent on 18 March 2018.
There are a total $2000 cash prize and 130 awards to be handed out to winners.
Awards in each Section include:
1 FIAP Gold Medal +$250
1 PSA Gold Medal
1 Silver, 1 Bronze Khayyam Medals
1 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze Salon Medals
2 FIAP Honorable Mention Ribbons
11 “Honorable Mention Certificates” will be awarded.
