"Homecoming" written by Nobel Prize-winning English playwright Harold Pinter directed by Ramin Masoumian and Farid Qaderpanah is on stage in Tehran. The performance will continue at Tehran's Arghanoon Hall until March 1.

The famous play "Homecoming" translated to Persian by Fatah Mohammadi which started its public after the closing of the 35th Fajr International Theater Festival on February 3.

"The Homecoming" is a two-act play written in 1964 and it was first published in 1965.

Jafar Barqi-Keyvan, Amin Jalali, Ramin Jafari, Mina Zarnani, Hamidreza Keshvardoust, Azadeh Moshashaei and Kaveh Marhamti are the cast in the performance.

After having lived in the United States for several years, Teddy brings his wife, Ruth, home for the first time to meet his working-class family in North London, where he grew up and which she finds more familiar than their arid academic life in America.
