The opening ceremony of Iran's largest theatrical event was attended by artistic figures, veterans and officials, Mohammad Mehdi Esmaili, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Mahmoud Salari, Deputy Minister of Arts, Qader Ashna, Director of Performing Arts Center, Reza Basirat, Director of the Iranian Performing Arts Association, Hossein MosaferAstaneh , Secretary of the 40th Fadjr International Theater Festival, Vahid Lak, Public Relations Manager of the Festival, and artists such as Davood Fath Ali Beigi, Mohammad Hossein Nasser Bakht, Parisa Moqtada, Mahmoud Farhang, Dr. Ahmad Jolaei, Lily Aaj, Houshang Tavakoli, Farhad Ghaemian, Qutbuddin Sadeghi , Dariush Arjmand, Siavash Tahmours, Kazem Hajirazad, Maedeh Tahmasebi, Ali Osivand, Homeira Riazi and etc.
Five artists were honored at the opening ceremony: Alireza Ensafjoo, Mohammad Reza Shajarian, Mohammad Ali Sadegh Hassani, Mohammad Ali Lotfi Moghaddam and Kazem Hajirazad.
