The second edition of the festival will be held in three sections: Adults, Children and Adolescents. The design and construction of puppets are required to be in line with the theme of ancient myths and classic fictional characters of Iran and the world.

The performances must be in less than 15 minutes.

The deadline for submitting the works is September 22. The first evaluation will be from October 16 to 22. The winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of the festival, which will be held on October 24.

The festival will be held under the supervision of Bahram Behbahani.

The first edition of the festival was held after the coronavirus outbreak in Iran and other countries.

It was held from May 17 to August 16. Mahshid Mousavi was the secretary of the festival.
