Cinema
- Iranian feature film “Drowning in Holy Water” directed by Navid Mahmoudi screened at Afghanistan section of the International Film Festival of Kerala in India.
-The short film "Orthodontics" directed by Mohammad Reza Miqani was screened at the German Short Film Festival.
-The short film 'Death of Birthday' directed by Alireza Saadi received the best film award at the Pambujan International Film Festival in the Philippines.
-Shahram Mokri's latest film "Careless Crime" has been released online.
-The deadline for submitting works to the Nowruz and Tehran Tourism Cartoon Festival has been extended until April 10th.
Visual Arts
- Iranian photographers have won gold and silver medals at the 1st FKNS SLM Circuit, a circular exhibition of photography in Montenegro.
-Niavaran historical and cultural complex with the slogan "Niavaran for mothers" with the beginning of the 15th century and the new year has special programs for Nowruz tourists, especially mothers
-The documentary on Vincenzo Bianchini displayed at the Italian Embassy in Tehran, as a preview of the exhibition on the artist at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Tehran.
-Iranian cultural mission in Italy and Italian officials joined hands held an exhibition of Iranian artworks dubbed 'Iran Milleeun Colore' in the city of Verona, Italy.
-With the arrival of the Iranian New Year, the arrangement of painted eggs across the capital has bestowed the city scenes of Spring, people paint to make eggs colorful as one of the beautiful items of Haft-Sin table decoration for traditional Persian festival of Nowruz to welcome the new year.
Music
-Alireza Bahrami and Hamidreza Shekarsari received the statuette of the Babylonian International Poetry and Music Festival in Iraq as representatives of Persian poetry.
Culture and Literature
-Zohreh Ghaeni from Iran won the 2022 IBBY-iRead Prominent Reading Promotion Award.
-On the occasion of the International Day of Storytelling, Bahareh Jahandoust, in collaboration with a number of international storytellers, tells the story of the spring in a special virtual program called "New Day, New Story".
- The Nezāmi Ganjavi poems and Mowlana were recited at the International Poetry Festival "The Hague" in the Netherlands." was held on Wednesday in the Deputy of Social and Cultural Affairs of Tehran.
-The International Children's Book Fair started in Bologna with the participation of Iran.
-A Persian translation of British historian Peter Frankopan’s book “The Silk Roads: A New History of the World” has been published by Qoqnus in Tehran. The book originally published in 2017 has been translated into Persian by Sima Molai.
-On the eve of the beginning of spring 1401, the opening ceremony of the Nowruz festival "Smile of spring" was held on Wednesday in the Deputy of Social and Cultural Affairs of Tehran.
Architecture
-The Italian Embassy in Tehran has unveiled the sixth edition of the international exhibition "Domus Design - Tehran 2022", as part of its celebrations of Italian Design Day, an initiative promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and the network of Italian Embassies abroad.
-Quarterly Journal of Architecture and Construction, No. 66 for the winter of 1400 was published in two parts.
