During the four-day festival, groups and bands from different regions of Iran, such as Kermanshah, Lorestan, Kurdestan, Abadan, Khorasan Razavi, Sistan and Baluchestan, Torbat-e Jam and Bandar Abbas will perform at the Arasbaran Cultural Center in Tehran.

The Fajr Music Festival, Iran’s most prominent music festival, is annually held in January or February in different sections, wherein many renowned national and international musicians perform in diverse genres.

The 37th Fajr International Music Festival will kick off on Friday in Tehran, hosting artists from Italy, Germany, Afghanistan and Egypt, along with Iranian musicians.

The Italian Jazz artist Giovanni Guidi will perform at the festival on Monday at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall.

In another performance in the international section, Mohammad Abu Zekri, a prominent Egyptian oud player, will perform on Sunday at the Niavaran Hall.

He is accompanied by percussionist Ersu Kazimov. The concert of these two artists will be held on Sunday at Niavaran Hall.

Also, Nicolas van Poucke, one of the most promising Dutch pianists will perform at Niavaran Hall on Sunday.

Famous Afghan music artists will also play in Arasbaran Cultural Center on Friday.
