Aiming at increasing the level of cultural exchanges between the two countries, South Korean Ambassador to Tehran Kim Seung-ho on Friday, September 9, hosted an exquisite exhibition of Iranian mosaic art and South Korean music at his residence on Tehran's Shahid Lavasani Street.

He described holding cultural and artistic programs as the best way to get acquainted with and get close to the culture of the two nations of Iran and South Korea, noting, "the mosaic art is very similar to painting, and this art is very attractive to the people of South Korea."

In addition to the works of Ahmad Behjat and a number of other Iranian artists, the exhibition also featured some works of a Korean artist, in order to promote cooperation among artists from both countries.

At the end of the ceremony, open to the public, a group of South Korean artists also performed ritual shows welcomed by the audience.
